Page Creation
For those without one, those with an inactive page, or a personal page trying to function as a business page.
Complete page setup including all contact details, cover and profile images, page filters, tab placement, setting auto-replies, external links, and admin(s) creation.
Optimization
For those with an existing business page that just needs some cleanup and fine tuning.
Correcting/adding elements such as contact details, cover and profile images following best practices, setting or revising filers, tabs, and auto-replies, and growing page following.
Content
3 - 5 posts per week depending on needs and goals
Research, create, schedule, and respond to pre-approved posts that fall with your brand guidelines and audience goals. Will be a combination of product/service promotions, seasonal/pop culture musings, user-generated content, and feedback solicitation.
Customer Service
For those who need additional support responding to messages, reviews, and comments.
We'll establish base guidelines for responding to both negative and positive feedback, questions, and general comments. Anything outside of the pre-defined inquiries and messages will be met with an approved response indicating a member of management/owner will respond shortly. And you'll be contacted via text, call, and/or email.
